OUR REVIEW:

Bad is a very, very, very dark read. This book is not for the faint hearted. There is a but if mystery in this book and a whole lot of violence. If you can't handle violence and blood (think game of thrones) then skip this book.  If you are brave, then give it a try. You will be surprised.

I was excited to read this book because I love bravta books. I like that this book crossed the seas and wasn't set in the US. I also liked how the Mexican cartel had a big role in this book. I felt the plot was complex, but written in a way that was easy to follow.

Ronan is ruthless. Like seriously ruthless. I feel he is the most realistic character I've read in this genre. I liked being able to read his inner ramblings. Camilla is the perfect opponent for Ronan. Where he us calm, she is wild and reckless. These characters complimented each other well.

Holy heat. The scenes between these two burned off the pages. Even though some if the scenes weren't necessarily my thing, I got caught up in the story and found myself fanning myself. There us a lot of hate between these characters, which I believe hate breeds more passion than love when strong attraction is involved.

The writing style of this book is off the chain. The pace us exactly what I expect, steady. I love how the author had no fear when writing the violence in this book. Iftwb times I feel mob books are dulled down, but thus one shows what I truly believe is true of the bravta.

In conclusion, I wasn't sure as I was reading thus book how I felt. Once I got to the end I wanted more though. I have to know what happens next. I would only recommend thus book to friends who can handle violence and gore.

husband and two precious daughters. She studied Epidemiology concentrating on cancer research but has always had a passion for writing. Some of her stories will strip you bare, some will give you nightmares, but the one thing she can promise is that she will always give you stories that make you feel.

Raw. Gritty. Love.
Because sometimes characters need to be flawed.

P.S. Stevie's greatest fear is the impending zombie apocalypse. Think about it: swarming armies of decaying, oozing corpses stumbling around with clicking teeth, trying to eat your face. Nothing about that is good. NOTHING!
