He can't stand anything about her, but can't keep his hands off of her.

Frankie
I wasn't looking for him.
He found me.
With his sexy smirk and irresistible body.
I wanted nothing to do with someone like him.
Judgmental and brooding.
So full of himself.
But now, I'm stuck playing the fool.
Falling for him.
And losing it all.
If only for one night.

ZEKE
Stuffy, rich, entitled.
The kind of girl that gets what she wants.
When she wants it.
And I want nothing to do with her.
Yet, I can't stay away.
I'm drawn to her kindness and compassion.
Her beauty.
She holds me when the pain won't subside.
And now, if I can help it, I'm going to hold on to her…
Forever.

Louise's Review
Catch Twenty-Two is book 2 in the Westover Prep series; while this is part of a series you can read as a standalone.

Frankie is getting a fresh start for the Summer, staying with her grandmother in the middle of nowhere she finds herself right back in the halls of Westover Prep. The Hot and Cold that Zeke gives her has nothing to do with the amazing person she is its all to do with his own issues. When everything falls apart and Zeke finds himself standing in the halls of Westover he pushes away the one person he wants close, can he put the pieces back together after he has broken them over and over again.

I enjoyed reading Catch Twenty-Two; while I am not a fan of the bully romance this was lighter than book 1. I look forward to reading more from James in the future.

Jennifer's Review
Great story about teenage angst. Catch Twenty Two was a great novel. I enjoyed the overall plot and it kept me entertained. The characters were good right along with the heat.

The plot of this book is a good one. Frankie just wants to forget all about the summer she had and the boy who gets on her nerves. Too bad wishes dont always come true. Instead she finds herself stuck with him at school! Oh the horror.

I really liked how this story explored the thought of perceptions. Not everyone is living the same reality you are. Just because you see something one way does not make it the truth.

Overall, I enjoyed this book. It had a great premise and the characters were well developed. I would recommend it.
