Release + Review - Southern Comfort - Natasha Madison

Buried secrets never stay hidden in the South

Olivia
When you find out that your fiancĂ© is arrested for swindling over ten million dollars from his clients, you do what any sane woman would do. You escape reality and go undercover, trading in your city-girl Louboutin’s for country-pumpkin cowboy boots.

It wasn’t a forever change—it was temporary. I only had to stay here until things back home got straightened out, or so I thought.

Casey
I was riding horses before I was walking, or at least that was what they told me. I always knew I would take over the family farm. It’s in my blood.

Country boy at heart, the minute I saw her dragging her luggage up the gravel driveway I knew she was out of my league.

I shouldn’t have started anything with her, because I knew she was just passing through.

I couldn’t stop it, I fell in love with her. Even though I knew, in the end, she would leave me.

Johnaka's Review

“Love in the south, 5 stars”

I loved Casey and Olivia in Southern Chance. I wanted them together like you wouldn’t believe. Then Madison whips together Southern Comfort and dearly baby jesus is it more than I could have imagined. She gave us twists and turns and then set up the next book perfectly. I loved falling into this world and cannot wait to see what happens next with Beau and Savannah.

Olivia came to town because she was on the run. She’s not in trouble with the law but apparently someone wants something from her. What she doesn’t know. But her best friends brother is determined to keep her safe. Casey is so much more than farmer. But will she let herself love someone who is none of the things she was told to look for in a man?

Casey has his secrets that only those close to him know. When his sister brings her best friend to town he can’t help but want her. Keeping her safe? Shouldn’t be too hard. Then things start to happen. When shots are fired will they still be standing at the end? Will he get the woman he never knew he wanted?

Louise's Review

Southern Comfort is book 2 in the ‘Southern’ series and its better than I ever expected.

Casey is more than just your average farmer, while he was building his life to take over his family legacy, he was also building a bigger future that only his family knows about. Olivia is running from her old life, when her past swings around and threatens not only her but the people she now calls family Casey steps out and shows exactly what he will do to protect her.

Madison has done it again; I was hooked from the moment this book landed on my kindle; Adulting thrown out the window. I am looking forward to the next instalment of the series, I cannot wait to see how Beau and Savannah navigate the storm.

Meet Natasha Madison:
When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It's a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn't listen to her...
