Release Blitz & Review
Title - Tapping Her
Author - Max Monroe

Blurb:

Blissful in Bora Bora…

Kline and Georgia Brooks are fresh off their wedding and ready to indulge in the honeymoon of a lifetime.

Luxurious and private, their overwater bungalow in the South Pacific is the perfect backdrop for fun, sun, and enough sexiness to necessitate a dip in the clear water to cool down.

But marriage means more, and Kline and Georgia may have to find a different way to handle the heat.

Nowhere near normal in New York…

Thatcher Kelly loves wild women, and Cassie Phillips is about as wild as they come. Put them together and they are a match made in chaos.

Bound by cat-sitting responsibilities, Cass and Thatch have to find a way to right their mistakes—and wade through the dense cloud of sexual tension that seems to suffocate the room whenever they’re together.

Will they be able to resist?

And more importantly, will Walter be okay?

Our Review
Tapping Her is a novella written by the mysterious Max Monroe. I do not know who the two authors who have teamed up to write under this pseudonym, but they are quite hilarious. I have never laughed so much in my life at a book. I normally try to hold my laughter in as it usually makes my hubby question what is so funny and I hate explaining it, but this novella was too much. I just couldn’t hold it in. I had a similar experience with their first book, Tapping the Billionaire. I usually hate novellas but this one was perfect.

So normally novellas irritate me because they are so short and they don’t leave me feeling satisfied. Author Max Monroe was innovative with the way that they integrated this novella in the series. Instead of just being a short novella about one couple, they used this novella to tie up the first novel, while also introducing the next novels couple and showing how they get started. I felt satisfied in the sense that Tapping the Billionaire was concluded, but it left me wanting more from the new couple. I cannot wait to get my hands on their next novel.
The plot in this book was simple. Georgia and Kline are concluding their story, with a little bit of conflict thrown in to spice things up. Thatch and Cassie are just getting acquainted. While we met both of these character through Georgia and Kline’s eyes in the first book, this novella introduces us to them through their own point of view. This sets up the mood for the next book and ends on a hilarious note that leaves the reader DYING to know what happens next. This was brilliant marketing on the authors’ part. I usually can lose myself in another book after reading, but I had to take a break after reading this novella.
Oh and if you wanted heat then you have definitely chosen the right book.  While author Max Monroe is down to earth and leaves you laughing half the time, the other half they leave you panting for more. Some of the scenes in this novella are so hot it could melt a snowman in half a second. These people sure know what they are doing. There is no shortage of details and each scene is described using such vivid words that the reader really can picture each scene in their head. Disclaimer: Reading this in public WILL make you blush!
Overall, I really enjoyed this novella. It had all the elements of the full length novel that I liked. There was comedy and heat, while also leaving me wanting more. I really cannot wait to get my hands on the next book. I am dying to hear more from Cassie and Thatch, who are, in my opinion, even funnier than Georgia and Kline. I swear if I could be besties with any character, Cassie would 100% be it! She would keep my on my toes, while making me laugh my butt off! Whoever you are Max Monroe, I am absolutely in love with your books and character… and possibly you for creating them =]
