Have you ever had a chance encounter where you just know someone is supposed to be apart of your life only to have it ripped away? That’s what happened when Nick met Olivia. They had a killer time together only for her to leave. When Olivia shows back up on his radar, he has no idea what it means, but he has his guard up. When he realizes Liv wants nothing, he changes his tune. Will he be able to convince her to take a chance on him?
Olivia was not the type to have a one-night stand, but she did it with Nick. When she discovered she was pregnant she tried to find him. What she didn’t expect was for him to play for her father. When she was little, she had dreams of how her life would play out and so far, nothing is going according to plan. Will Nick be able to prove to her he’s worth a chance?
I enjoyed the poop out of these two! There is no denying the chemistry between these two. Add in everything else and the pages flew by. I loved the fairytale elements and work they put in to figure everything out. I loved their friends and Liv’s family but hated Nick’s. All in all, the Pickup is a win in my book and I cannot wait for the next book in the series.
