REVIEW:
Get Wilde is a wonderful novel. I was excited to read it because I've read other books in the series and loved the main male character when I met him. I knew he was a character we had to get to know. This book is a contemporary romance with lots of heat and drama.
I
couldn't wait to read this book. Ethan was an interesting character
for me from the time I met him as a minor character. I knew he had
something going on with him that needed to be explored. The plot of
this book follows Ethan while he prepares for a weekend warrior
competition. I really loved the inclusion of this competition because my
mother in law competes in them, and it was familiar to me. I also feel
it was authentic to the character.
The
characters in this book are wonderful. Ethan is a guy women love to
love. He is rough around the edges with a big heart. Then you have
Adeline. She is a strong female character. She's had some issues in the
past she needs to overcome, but she's honestly doing amazing. She is
my favorite character of the series.
The
best part about this book is the heat. These two characters are so
passionate and it shows even more when they interact together. These two
characters are carefully guarded, but their chemistry makes it hard to
resist each other. The author did amazing with the heat.
The
writing style of this book is good. The pace is steady. The characters
are very dynamic and loveable. The author does a spectacular job with
describing situations and scenes between characters. I really loved the
inclusion of the competition. Everything was great.
Overall,
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I love these two characters and think
they are amazing together. I would recommend this book to others and I
cannot wait to read more from this author.
