Bro Code

From New York Times bestselling author Kendall
Ryan comes a flirty new standalone about falling for your older brother's best
friend.
There’s pretty much only one rule when you’re a
guy.
Don’t be a douche.
Turns out, the fastest way to break that rule is
to fall for your best friend’s sister.
Ava’s brilliant, sharp-tongued, gorgeous, and
five years younger than me.
She’s the sexual equivalent of running with
scissors. In a word, she’s dangerous. And completely off-limits.
Falling for her could ruin everything.
Yet I can’t seem to stop, even when her company
is threatened by a lawsuit, and my promotion hinges on representing the
opposing client—and winning.
I can’t see a way out of this mess that doesn’t
end in a broken friendship, a broken heart, or a ruined career.
I may have broken the bro code when I fell for
Ava. But do I have the balls to handle what comes next?
Review:
“Best friends little sister, 5 stars”
Ava has always had a thing about Barrett but she never thought she stood a chance. Now she’s on the path to success and nothing could get in the way of her and her career. Especially now that she’s moved home and she has no space of her own. Because honestly why would you want to bring a guy home when you live with your parents?
Barrett has always had a thing for Ava, but that goes against Bro Code. Something he takes very seriously. Especially where his best friend’s family are the only people who made him feel like he belongs. Besides he’s on the fast track at his law firm and is looking to make partner. When you work as many hours as he does you definitely don’t have time for a relationship. But what happens when you go home for a weekend and you find out you might have a chance?
I loved these two. There is something about Ryan’s writing that makes me laugh. She weaves a story that will leave you in stitches at times and giving you totally believable scenarios without being cliché and done all the time. And honestly, I hope Ryan writes a story about Ava’s brother. If you take a chance on Bro Code you won’t regret it.
