What I thought

We're back at the Storm MC's clubhouse, and all is not well. There have been a lot of changes since our last big visit in 'Slay' (Although there is 'Sassy Christmas' which is a free catch up in between).

Marcus is out the way, but Scott is still having to deal with fall out within the Storm guys. Their is discontent and failure in the ranks and it needs to fixed. When Scott discovers one his most trusted Brother Griff has deceived him, he needs the truth, but Griff telling the truth is not easy for him.
"Let's go fuck shit up, Cole. I've had enough of pussyfooting around; it's time to get down to business."
Griff has had a hard life to put it mildly, but he has found a level of content with the Storm boys, until things start unravelling around him. He is forced to reveal his background and just hope he gets the the support of his boys after fours years of lying to them.
"I walked the distance between my bike to the meeting point, surprised to see Blade with Scott for me, but I should have realised this was the meeting point we set up when the three of us plotted to take down Marcus, so it was only natural for Scott to choose it if he was bringing Blade into something now. But what the fuck did Blade have to do with anything going on between Scott and me?"
In the midst of all the drama surrounding him, he meets Sophia, his aunts neighbour. She's unlike the women he knows, but he cant seem to shake her from his mind.

Sophia's life has been turbulent, but she's comfortable now. She has a nice home, good neighbours and has a teenage sister she never knew she had but her life's about to get a shake up in the form of the mother who abandoned her as a child.

These two emotionally fraught people are drawn together by a hot chemistry and find they cannot be drawn apart, only they can help heal each other?
