Some secrets have a way of coming back and haunting us, no
matter how much we try to bury them.
Amelia
Never make the same mistake twice is my motto.
After being left in the dust of an old pickup truck, I promised that I would
take care of myself
and never trust another man with a sexy smirk and cowboy boots.
Then he showed up, and he’s everywhere I turn. He's at the barn, he's at the
bar, and now, he's my roommate.
He makes me want things I shouldn’t
Asher
I grew up in foster care, and on my eighteenth birthday, I was set free.
I spent years coasting from town to town.
Staying wasn’t a part of my plan and neither was love, especially with someone
off limits.
This was all supposed to be temporary.
I’m just hoping my secret doesn’t destroy the only family I’ve ever known.
Buried secrets are never buried for long.
Johnaka's Review
“loved it, 5 stars”
There is no denying that Amelia and Asher have chemistry. Asher doesn’t think he’s good enough for his boss’s granddaughter and Amelia is the type of woman who doesn’t need a man. But when tragedy strikes they get closer and closer. Soon enough they are wrapped up in each other and they don’t want to let go. The question is, will they be forced to?
I loved these two. I love how unsure Asher was. How confident Amelia was. I loved Amelia’s family and seeing bits and pieces of characters I’ve fallen in love with. I liked the twists and turns Madison gave us to keep us on our toes.
If you love small town romances, look no further. This book, no, this series is for you. Do yourself a favor and one-click.

Louise's review
Southern Secrets is book 7 in the Southern series; a 2nd
generation book that has everyone grown up. I am not going to lie; I should
have done a complete reread before this book because I did have to refer back
to the family tree a couple of times.
Amelia has been burned before and she has her walls up, she goes
to work everyday and is pushing for the future that she wants she doesn’t need
a man to help her achieve that. Asher is new to the farm and he has kept to
himself everyday and working hard. But Asher has a secret, a BIG one that doesn’t
just involve himself, a past that can either make or break it with the people
that he has grown to care about and lose the one thing he wants more than
anything, Amelia.
I personally LOVED this story, while I did have to check back to
the family tree Madison threw me for six with the secret that Asher was holding
onto, a twist in the series that I never saw coming!

Meet Natasha Madison:
When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying
across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can
find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly
with her husband scheduling his business trips. It's a good thing her
characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn't listen to her...
