REVIEW - Filthy Desire (Onyx Club #1) - Sebastian Ex

TITLE: Filthy Desire

AUTHOR: Sebastian Ex

BLURB

My name is Matthew Weston. Don't call me anything else, because I won't respond. And if you think you can get away with whimpering ‘Matt’ while I have you tied to the bed, about to devour you, it'll end up being your loss.
Men like me don't talk about feelings. We just don't.
What men like me do is pound. I pound the asphalt with my running shoes on morning runs. I pound a punching bag in the gym until my knuckles bleed. And when I need a release, I find a beautiful woman sprawled out on her bed, eagerly waiting for my cock, and pound her into oblivion. Yeah, that's me. I don't have feelings, and I don't do love.
At least I didn't, until the night Ella walked into my office looking like a disgusting junkie to interview for a position for The Onyx Club.
She was like no one I'd ever met before. She was timid, reserved, and quite plain with her mousy brown hair and dirty clothes. Ella also had a dark and haunted gleam in her eye. A secret, a past she was desperate to conceal.
And when she called me ‘Matt’ it didn't seem to bother me.
She came into my life and turned it upside down. The only question is, can I screw her out of my system, or will my filthy desire for her keep her by my side?

WHAT I THOUGHT?

This book wasn't what I thought it was going to be. It was well-written by a male author!
This story had some bdsm scenes that didn't take over the entire storyline, which in my opinion was good ... it was flowing.
There was love, hope and respect.
There's Matthew who is a dominant,  get what he wants kind of guy, who doesn't like to be called anything but Matthew.  He owns Onyx Club with Brandon (he's also a dominate).
In walks Ella who is looking for a job. She looks like she hasn't showered in days.  Matthew hires Ella to be a busser.  She only calls Matthew- Matt and he can't stand it but lets it go.
As the story progresses, Matthew finds out the awful, heartbreaking past of Ella and he takes care of her. He won't let anything happen to her.
Then one evening at the club, Matthew can't find Ella. They look at the security tapes and someone kidnapped her!
They find  her and Matthew takes care of the guy who kidnapped her.
You'll meet other characters in this book that fit in quite well.
My favorite part was the ending. You'll have to read the book to find out what that is!
I would definitely read the next book in the series.

Some quotes/parts of the story that I liked:

"There's no window coverings, or whatever they're called, so you'll be up the moment the sun rises. I'll get that sorted out tomorrow."

"No need, I love sunshine on my face. Reminds me I've lived through another day." her voice is wispy and soft.

"Those aren't panties, they're parachutes. You need something nicer."

REVIEW - Unforgettable (Beachwood Bay #8) - Melody Grace

 TITLE: Unforgettable (Beachwood Bay #8)

AUTHOR: Melody Grace

SYNOPSIS:

"My dearest grand-daughter, Listen to your heart, believe in a brighter tomorrow, and always, always leave room for dessert."

Noelle Olsen has never been impulsive, but when she inherits the old family bed and breakfast, she surprises everyone by quitting her corporate job and starting over in Beachwood Bay: the sleepy coastal town that’s home to old memories, new friends — and the one man she never saw coming.

Ash Callahan isn’t looking for love. He’s built his real-estate empire out of discipline, control, and cool logic — so why does one kiss from a carefree stranger send his world tilting off its axis?

Their connection is undeniable; the chemistry, impossible to ignore. But just as Noelle considers opening her heart again, the pair find themselves facing off over the town’s future — and their own. With so much as stake, will they find a way to bridge the divide, and build a love that’s unforgettable?

MY THOUGHTS:

**Review contains spoilers**

This book can be read as a standalone, from other Beachwood Bay novels.
Beachwood Bay is a series in which several couples overcome different obstacles to find love.
With that being said, past couples do show up in other books and this book is no exception.
If you want back story on any other couples, I suggest you read the series from the beginning. Unforgettable is a continuation of the Novella, Unmasked. Unmasked tells the story of how Ash and Noelle first meet and the one night they spend together. Although I highly recommend that the novella be read first as Unforgettable sometimes references it, Unforgettable can be read by itself. Unforgettable starts three days after Unmasked ends.

Noelle is a lawyer who is working in a law firm trying to survive to become an associate. She works long hours and thought it was what she wanted, but after her one night with Ash, she realizes that maybe she wants a different life. She has two parents who love her, but she feels is pressuring her to follow a similar path that they did, as her father is a lawyer and her mother is a doctor.

Ash is a real estate developer that lost his parents and took on the job of supporting his siblings. He built his company from the ground up and was very successful. Ash seldom lets himself lose control of any kind, and proclaims that he has no time for a love life, or to spend more than one night with a woman.

The story begins where Noelle has received tragic news, her grandmother has passed away. She is traveling from New York City to Beachwood Bay, NC to attend the funeral. While caught up in the grief of the loss of her grandmother who she was very close to, Noelle is also caught up in the feelings that were brought up the night before, both with Ash and feelings he stirred up about her unhappiness of being a lawyer. When she arrives in Beachwood Bay, she stays at her grandmother’s home, which is also a B&B. I really enjoy how the author describes what Noelle is seeing as she walks into the door.

The house is still, but full or warmth. Sunlight falls through the windows, pooling hold on the honeyed wooden floors and antique rugs. The main room opens up into a cozy sitting area, with overstuffed couches arranged around an old fireplace.

I feel like I was able to get a feel for the home. I also feel like it was describing Grandma Nancy, warm, cozy, and comforting. Whenever Noelle is describing her, I can picture Grandma Nancy in the kitchen baking, and spreading her warmth and love to anyone, who walked through her door. The author did an amazing job creating this imagery for both the B&B and Grandma Nancy.

Noelle decides to move to Beachwood Bay and attempt to make the B&B work and continue on her grandmother’s legacy. She becomes friends with many of the locals, including Ash’s family members, who help her fix up the inn. Ash is in town for “vacation”, but later in the book we find out that is not the complete truth.  Ash and Noelle have a few romantic encounters before they finally decide to give their relationship a real shot. Of course, once they decide to date, fate would have other plans and they end up on the opposing sides of a real-estate development that can ruin everything Noelle has been working for. The questions the author has you asking yourself is will their relationship survive this? Once it is settled, will the loser be able to accept that the other has won?

I really enjoyed this story. I think the author did a good job of developing the feelings between the two characters. I could truly believe that they fell in love without realizing it and that Ash was having trouble accepting it. I think this story is about two people who both are too scared the make the changes needed in their life to be happy. I found the authors description of Ash’s feelings and action authentic and can really put myself in his shoes and understand why he makes the decisions he has made and why he is feeling the way he does. I feel the same is also true for Noelle and I can understand why Ash confuses and frustrates her. I think it a sweet and genuine love story that shows how two adults can fall in love, but decide to resist due to other obligations. I would recommend this book to others.

REVIEW - Dirty Bad Wrong - Jade West

TITLE: Dirty Bad Wrong.

AUTHOR: Jade West

 SYNOPSIS:

They call him Masque.
I call him God.
The man I want to consume me, own me, break me and corrupt me.
Yet I've never seen his face.
His body ripples like an adonis, sculpted in steel and dripping in sin. His flesh is inked with the mark of the chimera - one body, two very different halves.
He plays hard.
He plays rough.
He has no limits.
He's so fucking dirty bad wrong.
But I love him for it.

***

Lydia Marsh is always the strong one. The girl who never breaks, and sure as hell never cries. She's got it all - the perfect little life in cosy suburbia, with her perfectly nice boyfriend, and their perfectly sufficient sex life. She's even got her perfect little career plan all wrapped up at Trial Run Software Group.

But when it all falls apart, and Lydia's pretty, green eyes are fixed on a brutally sexual stranger - the man they call Masque - she comes to suspect that being strong isn't all it's cracked up to be.

For now Lydia wants something she's never wanted before...

And she wants Masque to give it to her.

**Warning - this novel contains graphic sex, and hardcore elements of BDSM. There are scenes of violence (consensual) as well as sexual practices some readers may find offensive.

If you aren't turned on by dirty bad wrong sex then please walk on by. Thank you.***

MY THOUGHTS:

Wow, that was one hell of a whirlwind of dirty, bad and wrong stuff, all wrapped up in an additively good package.

Well the blurb alone had me wanting this book huge amounts. I absolutely love boundary pushing content, and stories, and get stupid excited when another one is talked about.
This book seemed to rock my newsfeed when it first came out, but as per usual I couldn't read it, as I had so many others to read first. But finally I managed to get started, and I literally could not put it down!!

Lydia Marsh is at the end of an epically bad relationship, and she had reached her limit when awfully boring, and dull boyfriend, decides to get drunk and nasty with Barbie from work. Then thinking he has got her pregnant, spills all to Lydia. Lydia wisely bolts, and fast.

While at work, she realises how crap her life is, and is spotted having a breakdown in the kitchen, by gorgeous, dark and totally mysterious hottie from management. James.

This sparks off an epic battle of wills from the pair of them. It's obvious they are stupidly attracted to each other, but Lydia is post break up, and James is, well he is completely wrong for her, and does not get involved with work colleagues. Ever.
So this all sounds like a regular story right? Wrong, dirty, bad, wrong.

So, Lydia needs a place to live, James has a friend in need of a flatmate. Lydia takes it and meets Becs. Awesomely quirky, funny, and perfect character Becs.
It's upon moving in with Becs, and meeting her girlfriend/submissive. Lydia begins to learn about a whole other world, that lives in the dark. A world where pain can be good, and bring on pleasure. A place where she can learn to free herself, and be herself, and fully enjoy life.

But I'm really at a point where I can't summarise anymore, I don't want to potentially spoil anything. And it really does go on a crazy roller coaster ride from here on in.

So I'm just going to give my thoughts on this story.

Firstly, the characters are all fantastic. I loved James and Lydia. He is obviously incredibly in control, full of secrets, and hides a side to him, that is actually pretty scary, but in a really good way.

Lydia starts off really lost, and I wondered what she would actually end up like, once her character developed. But, I really loved her, I loved how eager she was to try anything, and didn't shy away from anything. She had balls of steel in my eyes, and I actually admired her strength, on so many levels.

I've already said I love Rebecca (Becs) she was an incredibly good characters, dead funny, sexy, and brings stupid amounts of colour and excitement to Lydia's life.

So the background. Explicit is the club, where Lydia finds out a lot about herself and her limits, what she wants, and who she wants. It's the home of many characters, and where we find Masque. There isn't a great deal I can say about him, he is most definitely a character, that needs to be experienced for ones self. And uh yeah, he actually scared the crap out of me, and shocked me silly. And I like to think I'm pretty unflappable. He really is like the title states, incredibly Dirty, Bad, Wrong. Obviously sexy, powerful, Dominant to the extreme, and knows what he is doing, but hell if I would let him have free reign over my body. I would definitely run a mile, and not look back.

The writing, and content. Well I thought this book was incredibly well written, I couldn't put it down, and nearly pulled an all nighter on it. I had already read about author Jade West, before I started reading this, and was aware that she has the experience to back up the content of this story, and in my mind I think that stands out. I read a lot of books within this sub genre, and running around these types of themes, and you can tell the difference between good ones and bad ones. It's obvious that JW knows her stuff, and isn't just pulling info off the internet. The detail and background on this story, is incredibly thorough, nothing is skimmed over, and the reader can fully get lost in the incredible atmosphere. The tension within the words, is immense, I actually felt nervous while reading some parts, never knowing how far things would go, or what would happen next. But that was awesome, and I loved it.

Have to make a point of course, about the fact that this is a book based in the UK!! Whoop for UK based books, I never find many, and it really makes a huge difference, to picture places I have heard of, or to imagine characters with accents I know. Plus it's quite exciting to think of other places, existing quite close by. But hidden away.

So, to round up. Fantastically good story. Great background. Gritty and intense content. Most definitely heed the warning on this book, it really isn't for the faint hearted, some of the content even surprised me, and I'm hard to surprise. So yeah, be warned. But other than that, amazingly good! Stupidly great ending too, which was awesome! I felt completely satisfied with the ending, and did the normal happy sigh. I actually thought this was a story that was being continued in book 2, so it was quite a surprise to find it was a standalone.
But still, I'm so excited for the next book now.

Stand out quotes or passages:

I want him to break me. I want him to hurt me. I want him to own me. And then I want him to love me.

A huge tattoo in jet black, curling all the way around his ribs. A multi-headed beast, tribal and malevolent, dancing on his flesh as though it owned every part of him. So this was the man with the chimera: the design on Rebecca's wall, the design I'd looked at every fucking day since I moved in. My eyes shot to his face, searching for the identity of the man who wore such a mark, but there were no answers to be found there. The man was masked, most of his features hidden behind black leather.

"Tut tut, Lydia, that's a dangerous game, playing one man's lust for the sake of another's."

STAR RATING - 4.5 Huge Dirty, Bad, Wrong Stars!

REVIEW - Alexa Crushed (Alexa #1) - T.R. Cupak

 TITLE: Alexa Crushed

AUTHOR: T.R. Cupak

SYNOPSIS:

Alexa Morgan lost her mother when she was two. At eighteen, her father and stepmother died when a devastating earthquake hit the Bay Area. Only one person has remained a constant in her life: Devin.

Devin has been Alexa’s best friend since childhood. The two are inseparable—or they were until Devin declared his love for her at sixteen. When Alexa can offer him only friendship in return, Devin retreats, brokenhearted.

Alexa, on the other hand, longs for Ethan, the boy next door. Four years older than her, and with an ever-changing roster of girlfriends, Ethan is everything Devin isn’t: wild, sensual, and unpredictable.

In the aftermath of the deadly earthquake, Ethan makes his move on Alexa, who reciprocates in a confused whirl of grief and desire. When Ethan leaves town the next day, Devin comes back into Alexa’s life, offering support and expecting nothing in return.

Alexa begins to see the advantages of Devin’s quiet, stable love. Can she get past the friendship hang-up while trying to forget bad boy Ethan? It’s a choice that will change her life forever.

 MY THOUGHTS:

 *contains spoilers*

Alexa is a very blessed girl. She has an amazing dad who she helps rebuild a classic car with, a step mom who has raised her her whole life who loves her unconditionally, and amazing friends.

The book goes over several years of Lexi's life. You watch her grow up. Her best friend is a boy named Devin. You witness the fall out at sixteen of him being in love with her, and her not feeling the same.

There is the older boy next door Ethan. Who has a revolving door of women coming in and out of his house. Yet for some reason Lexi is drawn to him.

When Alexa is eighteen tragedy strikes. Ethan is with her when it happens and doesn't want to leave her side. While grieving she ends up sleeping with him and he leaves after. Only leaving her a note that says: Mine.

But at the same time Devin comes back. He picks up the broken pieces of the only women he's ever loved and puts her back together. He is her rock. Lexi leans on him and falls in love with him.

One thing that slightly bothered me was I worry about Devin. Is this a healthy relationship for the two of them? We know he loves her and we know she at least loves him as a friend, but does she love love him?
I feel like she instantly fell out of Ethan's bed and into his and after losing the life you knew, it's questionable. But at the same time I get it and it is a reality of what can happen during that time.

For a debut novel I have to give T.R. Cupak a round of applause. This didn't feel like a first book.
The only thing I question is the epilogue, that made absolutely no sense to me, but hopefully she will clear that up in the next book. I can easily rate this book a 4.

REVIEW - spark (Fire on the mountain #1) - Erin Noelle

 TITLE: Spark

AUTHOR: Erin Noelle

 SYNOPSIS:

I’m failing.

My younger brother is getting worse, and my job - my duty - is to help him at all costs.

We’ve tried everything modern medicine has to offer and nothing works.
Nothing.
Deciding to turn to unconventional treatments, we end up at Fire-on-the-Mountain, a holistic resort deep in the Rockies.
In our search for medical marijuana, I find beautiful, free-spirited Hudson Shavell - a girl who may not only holds the key to heal my brother, but to fix me as well. Even though I can’t afford distractions right now, she’s all I can think about. All that I want.

It’s funny how everything can change with one little SPARK.

MY THOUGHTS...

*contains spoilers*

Wow...what a heartbreaking real story.
I fell in love and hurt, when they hurt in this story.
All Crew wanted was to find a way to help his younger brother Caleb deal with his epilepsy.
If that meant a move from Texas to Colorado then so be it.
The boys and their mom picked up and settled in Breckenridge. They stayed at a B&B until they found a place to live.

Hudson is one of the daughters of Fire On The Mountain B&B. Her family owns a Marijuana dispensary in town, and she has the green thumb of the family.
Sparks fly when she meets Crew and at the same time falls in love with Caleb.
Hudson is a healer and all she wants to do is take away his pain.
In this story you witness two young adults fall in love, witness how medical Marijuana can help one with epilepsy, cry over the loss of a beautiful soul, want to throw the book across the room, in hopes of making one pull their head out of their own ass, then witness the boy get the girl back and have the HEA they deserve.

"You mean everything to me, and I promise you I'll never be reckless with you again. I'm so far from fucking perfect, and I'm sure I’ll do something stupid in the future, but I won't purposely hurt you. Not ever again. I swear to you, Hudson, on Caleb’s memory. I. Love.You."
Seriously what red blooded female wouldn't melt a little bit after hearing that? The best part?
There's more than that in the book...all you need to do is check it out.
I give this book a 4 and can honestly say I am excited to read the next in the series.

REVIEW - Family Secrets - Kasey Millstead

TITLE: Family Secrets

AUTHOR: Kasey Millstead

SYNOPSIS:

Secrets. Every family has them.

The unseen. The unheard. The things that would tear a family apart if discovered.

Cassidy Delaney has a secret. One she wished she didn’t have to keep.

Brock Mason thought the secret was safe.

He had no idea their secret wasn’t the only one Cassidy was hiding.

 MY THOUGHTS:

Family Secrets is a book about step siblings who fall in love.
I really liked the "secret" that Cassi kept and how it came to light.
Other than that I did not find too much of the book that I liked.
The book itself seems to become compartmentalized.
I felt like the scenes of the book did not flow together, at the end there's a specific scene that seems out of place.
I also feel that the story was not developed fully, as I never truly felt invested in the relationship between the two main characters.
I felt like the story was rushed, and that we never truly get enough of the past, to see why these two should be together.
I also think that Cassi introduced Brock into her life, after reconnecting way too soon, it seemed too unrealistic.
Overall I think this book could be a great story, but it needs to be developed more.

SHUTTERGIRL FINAL.jpg

Blurb

ONE movie star on the cusp of greatness
ONE broken girl who touched him
TEN years to forget her
A MILLION stories in Hollywood

I am not hurt.

I don’t need a second chance with him, or a life I thought I had.

While he was out forgetting me to become a movie star, I was building a career out of nothing. A career as a paparazzi, but a career. For a foster kid who bounced around every home in Los Angeles, that wasn’t easy.

This camera is all I have.

He’s nothing to me. Every time I take his picture and sell it, I remind myself that I did it all without him or his approval, his cinnamon smell or his clear green eyes. He lights up the screen like a celestial body, but he’s nothing but a paycheck to me.

He can throw my camera off a balcony, and nothing has to change. We can stay king and queen of the same city, and different worlds.

Except this is Hollywood, and here, anything can happen.

shuttergirl teaser tour.jpg

Excerpt #1
I stroked his hair, waist deep in peace, all worry gone for the moment, and floating in no more than an ocean of gratitude. I must have been more vulnerable than I realized, or he’d reopened some wound with his kindness, because though my sweet reverie stayed, as the minutes passed, a layer of need fitted itself on top of it.
I needed to tell him, if not the details, the outlines of who I was.
“I want you to know,” I whispered, starting somewhere small, then everything I didn’t want to say spilled out. “I have stuff. I’ve never been to jail, but you know, it’s stuff, and it’s ugly, and it scares me. Because, I mean, you’re so perfect, and I’m… I’m just a mess. I’m not whole. I’m a bunch of pieces of a person I cobbled together.” My eyes got wet when I thought of the comparisons between us and that picture in my silverware drawer. “So if you have to move on when you realize that, I’ll understand. You have an image, and if anyone understands protecting a career, it’s me. I mean, I’ll be mad, don’t get that wrong, but also.” I swallowed and blinked, shifting my head so he wouldn’t feel the tear on his forehead. “I won’t blame you.”
I waited for an answer. Anything. A change in position or a word on any subject. The weather. Sports. Something. But all he did was breathe.
I smiled so wide, tears fell into my mouth. He was sleeping.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
CD Reiss
cd reiss new bio.jpg

CD Reiss is a USA Today and Amazon bestseller. She still has to chop wood and carry water, which was buried in the fine print. Her lawyer is working it out with God but in the meantime, if you call and she doesn’t pick up, she’s at the well, hauling buckets.

Born in New York City, she moved to Hollywood, California to get her master’s degree in screenwriting from USC. In case you want to know, that went nowhere, but it did embed TV story structure in her head well enough for her to take a big risk on a TV series structured erotic series called Songs of Submission. It’s about a kinky billionaire hung up on his ex-wife, an ingenue singer with a wisecracking mouth; art, music and sin in the city of Los Angeles.

Critics have dubbed the books “poetic,” “literary,” and “hauntingly atmospheric,” which is flattering enough for her to put it in a bio, but embarrassing enough for her not to tell her husband, or he might think she’s some sort of braggart who’s too good to give the toilets a once-over every couple of weeks or chop a cord of wood.

If you meet her in person, you should call her Christine.

REVIEW - Enthrall Him (Enthrall Sessions #3) - Vanessa Fewings

TITLE: Enthrall Him (Enthrall Sessions #3)

AUTHOR: Vanessa Fewings

SYNOPSIS:

This is the reward of the forbidden. This is the ecstasy of Enthrall.

Billionaire Cameron Cole is the one in control. He makes the decisions of both pleasures and punishments. He is the ultimate master.

Owner of L.A.’s preeminent BDSM clubs, Cameron has yet to relinquish the all encompassing control of his submissive, twenty-one year old Mia Lauren.

Mia’s training unlocks a maelstrom of passion. A powerful connection. An unpredictable result. Her uninhibited journey intensifies by the day, but there are new complications on the horizon.

A powerful rival of Cameron’s has emerged with a relentless desire to make Mia his own. Lance Merrill has the means and the will to take what he believes is his and bring down an empire in the process.

Mia is taken by Cameron to London for her protection. Her obedience will be tested in ways she could not have foreseen. Richard Sheppard, her former master, has decided it’s time to take her back. Will Cameron give her over?

Or will the choice be hers?

In the rousing third novel of the renowned Enthrall Sessions, author Vanessa Fewings guides her readers through the uncharted territories of raw passion into the most heated corners of the human heart.

This is true obsession. This is the time for Mia to Enthrall Him.

MY THOUGHTS:

Wow, again I am simply stunned by just how captivating this series is.
I have waited incredibly impatiently for this final chapter in Mia, Cameron and Richards story. Finally I got my hands on it and couldn't put it down.

Enthrall Her, book 2 in the Enthrall Sessions series, ended with Cameron whisking Mia away from dangerous hands and also Richard, again. They are running away to London, running from everything that happened at the end of her training at Chrysalis.

Although Mia should now be Richards submissive, fully trained, compliant and back at their home living the life they both wanted. Mia is finding it hard to be separated from Cameron.
It was obvious that the tension between Mia and Cameron was not something that would disappear overnight. They were both becoming so close and the relationship they had was awe inspiring.

It's no secret that right from the start I have loved Cameron, and rooted for him and Mia to find a way to be together, although he initially wanted Mia to help his best friend out of his darkness, to me it was obvious he was far better suited to her. So I read this final book in the series with baited breath. Waiting to see what would become of the three of them, who would end up with who, and who would be left.

"It's like playing chess with the devil. You must be prepared to do the unthinkable to protect the ones you-"
He nuzzled in farther. "Care about."
I weakened in his arms, my legs wobbling, my heart aching for him even though he was tight here.

The story focused on concluding a lot of things, with Cameron trying to make Mia move on and forget about him, so Richard and Mia can be together. It was actually really sad to read. The pain Cameron was obviously feeling was so moving. Plus Mia's confusion over what she ultimately wanted was also really sad, as she didn't want to hurt anyone, even if she was left hurting herself. So this was quite an emotional story this time around.

"It says I will always love you."

Saying that, it wasn't just the emotion and romance, there was a huge amount of the incredible hot scenes, that this series has shown to excel in, right from the very start. From the unique and imaginative, to the page sizzling heat. The steam and sizzle just seemed to get even more intense the third time around. Cameron, never fails to leave me hot and flustered throughout the book.

Another thing I loved about this book was the added bonus of a huge amount of suspense and mystery style atmosphere. Mia is wanted by a very influential and powerful man, although she does seem to attract them quite a lot. This particular man will stop at nothing to get his own way with Mia, and resorts to any means necessary. This adds to the tension and makes it a truly entertaining and an un-put-down-able book.

"I love you so much, my darling. I've always loved you. From the moment I laid eyes on you. And I always will. You're everything I could've dreamed of and more."

The drama that surrounded their time in London, just heightened the emotion and tension surrounding all the incredible scenes. I absolutely loved the addition of Oberon Grove, and the Owlets. That was an exciting world to get a look at. I would love to think there is somewhere like that in the UK. It was rich, luxurious and the mystery that surrounds it, is captivating.

I can happily say, there wasn't a single thing about this book that disappointed me. It fully lived up to my expectations, and was well worth any wait. It has finished off a perfect and captivating series, that has easily become one of my favorites. I'm feeling crazy sad to have come to the end of this series, and will miss the excitement of wondering what will happen next in their story, but I'm happy with how it all ended. A perfectly enthralling story that will stick with me for a long time.

"My sweet, sweet, Mia. You are enthralling."
