Just One Scandal is book 2 in The Kingston Family series, a story that has all the knight in shining armour feels.
Chloe was playing it safe, well so she thought; when all that turns upside down and has her brothers ex best friend helping her and its not just a ride home. Beckett doesn’t stand a chance now that she is living in his spare room. They need to figure it all out before someone gets hurt.
I personally enjoyed this story; Phillips writes a great story that makes you want to be part of their world. I am looking forward to what’s next in the series.

Chloe chose her groom because he was everything her father wasn’t, or so she thought. Only for him to crush everything she thought she knew. So when she parties away the blues of being ditched at the alter she never expected to run into Beckett, her brother's old friend. The series of events to follow goes against everything she thought she knew and wanted. But for some reason she wants him.
When Beckett ran into Chloe, he only did the gentlemanly thing because if his sister was still alive he would want someone to help her out too. Chloe makes him do things he never thought he would do. Before he knows it they’ve grown closer and he can’t help but admit the woman makes him want things he said he would never have. Will he change his mind before he loses her? Only one way to find out.
I highly enjoyed Just One Scandal. I love a good guy who’s slightly damaged. Chloe was a strong heroine who wasn’t going to force anything. She knew her worth and wouldn’t compromise on it, and I loved it.
