They say money can’t buy happiness.
Quinn Jacobs wasn’t sure she agreed. After all, she had everything she
needed—the perfect marriage, loads of cash, and not a care in the world. So, it
never dawned on her that she’d end up in her current situation.
Deceived and divorced.
After being betrayed by her husband and best friend, Quinn has no choice but to
pick herself up and move on.
Tyson Reed might not have millions, but he’s got one thing money can’t
buy.
Loyalty.
In the form of a large, loud, in-his-business family and dozens of friends.
They’re all his, and he wouldn’t dream of changing that.
The last thing Quinn needs is to hop into another relationship, but when Tyson
shows up to install her new security system, she finds him irresistibly
charming. As Quinn tries to find a way trust a man again, Tyson works to heal
her battered heart.
And as the sting of betrayal begins to fade, Quinn learns that loyalty is
something that can never be bought.
Johnaka's Review
“Moving on, 5 stars”
Quinn experienced the worst kind of betrayal possible but she moved on. On her first night in her new house bought with her money alone she’s woken up from a deep sleep to the house alarm going off. What she didn’t expect was to meet Tyson thanks to those alarms. He makes her feel for the first time since she walked away from her marriage. Is she ready to move on and be in a serious relationship? Or will those old hurts stand in her way from getting a HEA with Tyson?
Tyson has no problem admitting settling down sounds nice but you have to find a woman to do that with and he hasn’t found her yet. When his boss sends him on a job, he never expected to want the client. But here he is wanting her. Tyson’s a patient man so he’s willing to wait, but will his patience run out before Quinn is ready?
I loved the dynamic between Quinn and Tyson. Both came from extremely warm families who just wanted the best for their loved one and accepted who they chose. Evan’s wrote a great story that had me hooked and I couldn’t wait to find out what happened in the end. If you take a chance on Betrayed I think you will highly enjoy it.

and her children are currently working on taking road trips to visit all 50
states (though, Alaska and Hawaii might require flights).
