OUR REVIEW:

Just Say Yes is about getting a second chance at your first love. Scott and Becca are the main characters. They were together in school but Becca broke things off. Years go by and Scott is playing for the Indianapolis Eagles for the NHL. Becca is an ER nurse.    Other supporting characters are some of Scott's teammates and Becca's best friend. They finally get back together after 6 months and they rekindle their romance for each other.

This is the first book I've read by Samantha Lind and it was an easy read. The words flowed together.  I really liked the conversations that were via text messaging.    The plot, setting and characters all felt real to me. This book kept me wanting more.  There was some steamy scenes along with the story-line.

I really like how Scott wanted to take care of Becca in all aspects. He was a true gentleman.   Also, I liked how Becca cared for Scott as well. Those two were a match made in heaven.

Parts of the story I liked:

The ending!

"It's about the connection and intimacy."

"I want you to be the last thing I see at night and the first thing I see when I wake in the morning."
