Indie is different. She’s an introvert who would spend all her time sewing if she could. But that’s not realistic and she’s about to take what some would consider the job of a lifetime. For her though its going to be torture, but she will do whatever she has to, to help her brother and his family out. Indie has been thrown one obstacle after another and has prevailed, will she make it out on the other side of this tour the same as she was at the start?
Alex is a bad boy British rockstar. He is the very definition of sex, drugs, and rock n roll… or he used to be before he got clean. Now his manager is giving him a baby sitter to keep him on the straight and narrow. When he gets a glimpse of Indie he doesn’t know what to think, but will soon change his mind. Will Alex be able to stay clean, get the girl, and better his relationships with those closest to him?
These two are polar opposites and have nothing in common aside from heartbreak. I honestly had no idea how Shen was going to pull off a love story between these two but she did. If you’ve read Shen before you know she has a thing for alpha a**holes and that still applies to Alex. Although I don’t think he’s as bad as some, just an asshole in a different way. While these two are busy trying to get their crap together the secondary characters are doing the same. Everyone grew in this story and became better. I loved it. It’s definitely a one-click I would recommend for anyone looking for a hot Rockstar.
