The Boyfriend Effect is book 1 in the new Frisky Business series from Kendall Ryan; a light hearted HEA story that has all the feels.
Hayes is a serial dater, relationships never last with him and he has decided to take a break but when his business partner / friend’s little sister keeps popping up into his life. Hayes has always had an infatuation with Maren but has held off because of bro code; but when he keeps getting ask to go over and check on her there is only so much restraint he can have.
I personally enjoyed Hayes and Maren’s story, they have great chemistry that continues to grow throughout the book. Ryan has set up some fantastic minor characters throughout the book to build the series, I can’t wait to read book 2.
