OUR REVIEW

I loved the idea of Parker and Halliday’s story. Two old friends who after years apart reconnect and fall in love. There was only one part of the story that I didn’t really care for that stopped it from being a 5 star for me and that was the love triangle in the beginning. I got a kick out of all the Aussie terminology though.

Parker and Halliday grew up as best friends and were in love with each other without the other knowing it. Then one night it came to head. Then Halliday took off never to be seen for years. Well now she’s back and Parker doesn’t know how to handle it. Both of the only women he’s ever cared for are wanting a chance with him and he doesn’t know what to do about it.
Halliday left before Parker could leave her. But now she’s home to correct her wrongs and face her mistakes head on. What she didn’t expect was another woman making a move on Parker. Will she let the other woman have him or will she fight for him? And what about Parker’s son, where does he fall into all of this?
I love how Halliday stepped up for Parker’s son and was willing to just be an honorary aunt. She loved him instantly and completely. She loved Parker enough to let him go as long as it meant he was happy. I really did enjoy these two and think you may as well.
