“Another chance at love, 5 stars”
Lila had been in love once before only to have it all be a lie. Thankfully she found out before it was too late. Now she’s trying to figure out who she is and what she wants away from LA and the pressures of Hollywood. What she didn’t expect was Griffin. The surly landscaper does something to her.
Griffin once lived a very different life. One where he was doing what the big clients wanted and a wife who liked to spend his money. Then he walked away. Now he lives the life he wants, doing the jobs he wants. He’s a simple kind of man and one thing is for sure, Lila is anything but simple. These two though can’t stay away from each other. Will they make each other happy or will they go up in flames like their previous relationships?
Always be Mine was a sweet quick romance. I loved the progression of the story and now want a English style garden in my backyard. You also get little peaks at other couples from Sweetbrair Cove. If you want a feel-good love story look no further.
