Speechless! What a thrilling ride! Preach was the much anticipated follow up to Church. These books need to be read together. Preach did not disappoint. This book is dark and sexy.
The plot of this book is similar to book one but it also has it's own unique twist. The way book one ended, I didn't know where the author was going to take Preach. I was surprised by how unique the book felt. The plot was wonderful.
Oh man the characters. Church is still as dark and mysterious as ever. His strength is such an attractive quality. Then you have Emma. She is really the star here. She had a lot of growing to do and this book allowed her to do it. I loved it!
The heat in this book was great. I felt like there wasn't as much of it as the first book, but it felt natural for this story. The heat is just as dark as Church is. Dark, sexy, and addicting!. The heat was perfect.
The writing style of this book was good. The pace of the book was steady. The story is told from dual point of views. I really liked every aspect of this book. There were some twists and turns throughout that kept me guessing. Then there was that surprise character that really changed the whole story. Like wow! I did not expect that.
Overall, I loved this story. I was more than a little sad when it ran out of words. I would not be disappointed in a little novella to check in with this couple on the future. I would one million percent recommend this book to others.

Crazy woman
from a remote location in Alaska (where the need for a creative mind is a
