Sarah has never had anything good happen to her with the exception of her children, who she loves. But life and her? They don’t get along. When Sarah’s new life shows her what its like to be happy she’s hesitant to settle in, she’s waiting for the other shoe to drop. Add in Bones who is more than admitting that he has feelings for her well Sarah is a little overwhelmed. Will she find out HEA is possible or will life toss her under the bus again?
Bones is an over thinker when it comes to everything but the one thing he doesn’t over think is Sarah and her little family. He wants them for himself and he’s all in from the get-go. Will the good doctor get Sarah to admit she wants him too? What will happen if her past comes back to cause her problems. Only one way to tell..
I love Foster and her mad writing skills. I adored Bones to the core. He’s all swoon-worthy alpha and a total softy when it comes to kids. Sarah though, she’s one of those characters you want to like but at times it’s hard because she’s so hesitant when it comes to everything. I understood where she was coming from but at times I just wanted to Gibbs (NCIS) smack her upside the head. Even with that said Wicked Whiskey Love is worth the one-click and I hope you fall in love with the Whiskey family.
