Release + Review - Perfect Storm - Erica Marselas

BLURB

I should have never taken the babysitting job at the Goodwin house, but I had my reasons.
But what I really shouldn’t have done is fall for Mr. Goodwin.
For years, I watched his marriage fall apart, and when it ended, I was the one who helped him put back the pieces of his broken heart.
Now there's a storm brewing in the form of his ex-wife.
I'm hoping I can hold on as she comes blowing back into his life.
Though it isn't only her that could destroy us…
I have a secret,
and I'll do anything not to have it exposed.

Erica is a wife, a mother of four, and a tequila drinking smart mouth. When she’s not wrangling her children and trying to keep them alive, she’s writing. She’ll write anything from sweet stalkers, to forbidden love, to erotica, to rom coms to young adult because she believes no love story is created equal and every story deserves to be told. Louise's Review

Perfect Storm pulled me in and I could not put this book down. Filled with a taboo age gap, love, twists and suspense Perfect Storm was everything all rolled into one.

Falling for the babysitter, girl next door or ex-student; take you pick Lola was every one of those things. When Dean’s marriage started to fall apart, he tried he really did but some cracks are too big to be filled. Lola never meant to fall for Dean but she had to be in the house to get close for reasons she wasn’t sharing with anyone. When the ex-wife starts to unravel, deep secrets are revealed that changes everything.

Can Dean and Lola survive the fall out?

I really enjoyed reading Perfect Storm; Dead and Lola’s chemistry was burning up the pages and Marselas’s writing kept me on edge wanting more.
