An enemies-to-lovers royal romance.
Ryker Hale is a freaking jerk.
He became the prince of my country overnight and I have
resented him for years ever since. Everyone admires him and treats him like a
god, and yet all I can remember when I see him are all those times he made fun
of and teased me in high school.
It’s just my luck that the prince has a job opening for a
dog-sitter position right around the time I lose my job. I need money soon and
with nothing to lose, of course I apply, despite how slim my chances are or how
much I loathe the idea of working for him.
The last thing I expect is to get hired, though. I also
don't expect for Prince Ryker to remember me at all, yet he does.
And now that he remembers, he wants me all to himself.
A part of me wants to punch him right in the face for how he
treated me, but I’m starting to realize he’s a changed man, and with each
passing day I spend in his palace, I feel myself falling for him more and more.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Kylie King is a soccer mom by day, and a writer of
ridiculously smutty romances by night. She loves reading, swimming, and mixed
drinks that include lots of rum.
All of her books are quick and hot, with over-the-top
fantasies that probably shouldn't be taken too seriously.

Johnaka's Review
“Can she please her prince? 3.5 stars”
Sofia hates Ryker. He’s a tyrant, or at least he is to her. When they were younger, he used to tease and torment her except for that brief time period. Now she’s in his presence all the time. Has he changed? Was her mother right and his antics when they were younger just his way of showing her, he liked her? Only one way to find out.
King is a new to me author. I love a good royal story but Pleasing her Prince fell short for me. It has potential but it felt rushed do to it being a novella. Which I didn’t realize until I started reading it. I felt like their issues were really non-existent. Even with that said if you enjoy novella’s then this might be the one for you. I do look forward to watching King grow with her writing.
