OUR REVIEW:
“Words said cannot be taken back, 5 stars”

Jules and Jessie were the forever couple. They were best friends, turned lovers, who had their whole futures ahead of them. They were ready to take on the world together. Then Jessie spoke the final blow sentence in haste. He knew it was wrong but there was no taking it back and Jules changed her plans. Years later she’s back and he’s there waiting. Will she allow him to right his wrongs? Will Jess finally get the girl and the life they always dreamed of?
Holy guacamole! Yesterday is Gone sucked me in from the first page and I was hooked. The whole time I was cursing Jess for his past mistakes but forgiving him. Then I was cussing Jules and yelling at her to get over it. There was no denying these two belonged together. The circumstances that brought them back together were tragic but together so many good things happen.
I loved how strong Jules is. I loved how willing Jess was when admitting his faults. Whit was amazingly adorable. And I pray Max gets a story. All the other secondary characters just kept adding to the story and I kind of fell in love with Boone. Then again, I’m from a small town so it almost made me feel like I was at home. These two had so many things to overcome to get their happily ever after. And in the end these two had to remember that yesterday is gone. There is no going back and changing it. But you have tomorrow and you need to do everything you can to be happy.
Yesterday is Gone is one of those small-town stories I encourage you to read and hope you love it as much as I did.
