Our Review
“Shawn and Lexi, 5 stars”
Proby’s done it again. She went and made us fall in love with fictional characters. I mean really, who does she think she is? *sigh* Shawn and Lexi didn’t start off on the right foot. To say Shawn messed up would be an understatement. But no one’s perfect, right? Lexi has her… quirks. But once these two set down their shields and swords, things take a turn. A romantic turn.
I loved these two. I was cheering for them from the start. I love a grouchy character who’s actually a teddy bear. I love when characters know they have things they need to work through to be better. So you take these two imperfect characters who together become perfect, and then you have the people who mean the most to them. Who just up the yes factor of the story and I was sucked in. There was no putting down Imagine with Me until the very end.
