“Is the next big name in soccer, 5 stars”
Jude is the next big name in soccer…that is if he can please the powers at be off the pitch. But what does his personal life have to do with his soccer game? What he didn’t expect was meeting Aria. She’s constantly serious where the only time he is is on the pitch. Aria makes him feel things he’s never felt before. The question is can he convince her to take a chance on him?
Aria has no time for games. Life or death is on the line and she needs to be on the top of her game. She knows who Jude is and wants absolutely nothing to do with him. Does Jude seem to get that memo though? No, never. Soon she starts to see him as more than the prankster who doesn’t take anything but soccer seriously. Is she willing to see if he will catch her when she falls? Because one thing is for sure, she will fall.
I adored Jude and Aria. They balanced each other perfectly. She grounded him and he reminded her to breathe. Aarons wrote a story that pulled me in and made me crave for it never to end. I cannot wait to see what Aarons does for the rest of the series. One thing is for sure though, The Second Coming is one heck of a kick off start for the series.
