“love when you least expect it, 4 stars”
Chole thought she was in love only to have it ripped away. Unfortunately, its not the first time its happened to her. Now though she’s swearing off dating, she doesn’t have time for heartache. What she didn’t expect was the zing to sip through her when she meets Finn. Who would have thought the mouthy ball player is actually a sweetheart. Will he be able to convince her into giving him a chance?
Finn’s life revolves around the game. He doesn’t have time for a woman and honestly it wouldn’t be fair. Then he meets Chole and she’s everything he could have asked for and more. When you find someone as good as Chole then you have to play for keeps. The question is will he be able to convince her he’s worth the risk?
The dynamic between these two was cute. I loved that he called her Webster. I loved how she was just as much a baseball nut as him. They worked well together. Heartthrob was my first read by Bielman and I honestly enjoyed it and cannot wait to see where she takes the rest of Finn’s brothers with their own love stories.
