Our Review:

“The ditcher and the footballer, 5 stars”

Ivy’s got a past she feels the need to keep buried but she’s also discovered she has a gift. The gift of helping people end relationships cleanly without drama. Ivy doesn’t think the white picket fence and happily ever after are her speed but once she starts hanging around Becket she starts to question just that. Will the woman who loves casual find herself in a relationship? Will the woman who helps others ditch their partners find herself ditched or hitched?

Becket knows what he wants its just a matter of finding it. When his pregnant best friend gives his number to a stranger he knows there must be something about her. When he finds out the woman he’s been talking to is the same woman who’s helping his buddy its like things start to fall into place. Becket knows Ivy’s gun shy when it comes to relationships so he knows to take it slow, but will win her over in the end?

I won’t lie, Ditched got me out of a book funk. I loved how these two interacted with each other and the secondary characters. When the twists came towards the end they were some that I had not seen coming and thoroughly enjoyed it. I cannot wait to see if Boldt gives some of these secondary characters stories of their own.
