TITLE - Forbidden Lyrics
AUTHOR - Jodie Larson

Blurb:

Falling in love with your best friend's little sister is never a good idea. Getting caught kissing her, that's even worse.

I watched Lizzie Donovan grow up - from pigtails and scraped knees to pouty lips and lush curves.

It wasn't until one night nine years ago in the front seat of her car, with her lips on mine, that I realized what I was feeling was far more than friendship.

Of course, I felt her brother's wicked left hook shortly after.

One promise was all it took to push her away.

Not anymore.

This is my chance.

I have three months to convince her that she's the song in my heart and we're more than just forbidden lyrics.

Johnaka's Review:

“Forbidden romance, 5 stars”

Brecken has always had a thing for his best friend’s sister, but years ago that idea was stomped out. Now though, those feelings are coming back. Will he be able to score and keep the girl he’s always wanted or will loyalty stand in the way?
Lizzie always dreamed of a life with Breck, it started out innocent enough and then grew over time. When she finally thought all the cards were falling into place her brother came in and ruined it all, but it was for the best. She was too young at the time. But now they are both adults and they still drift towards each other, is this another shot at happily ever after?
I adored both Brecken and Lizzie. She was strong in her own way and was one of the boys growing up. She didn’t have it easy have rockers for brothers but she loved them nonetheless. Now its just a matter of will she let her guard down and keep it down for Breck. Both of them have loyalty in spades when it comes to her brother and he’s the only thing keeping them apart. Will he cave and let his two-favorite people be happy?
