Harper had no way of knowing the got butthead in the BMW in her kids school parking lot would be her new boss. But there he is in all his brooding glory. Harper is known for making the best out of little. When life hands her lemons she makes lemonade. She has no plans for a man in her life especially when she’s busy with her twins. But what if he wants her? Will she be able to avoid the pull?
Okay, so.. I liked Harper and Alex I did, I really did. But I wanted more. It felt like it was almost too fast paced for what we got and not enough of them really learning about each other if that makes sense. Maybe Hard Place didn’t work for me because I really don’t do cliff hangers which Hard place has ( I didn’t know when I started). With that said if you like cliff hangers then try Hard Place. As for me well I honestly don’t know if I will read book two.
