Amity Book Blog: Release+Review-Dominate-Amy Daws

Guys, I woke up this morning with a reading list set in my mind. I had some blog books to knock out that I had been putting off or a few days. I opened my kindle and there it was. Sitting all pretty on my kindle with a light shining down on it. I swear to God all that was missing was that heavenly awe sound. What was on my kindle you ask? Dominate. So, I did what any logical person in my position would do, I cracked that open instead of the other books.

I have always loved Gareth, and I wont lie, its because of the mystery surrounding him. In Surrender I got a taste for him and I couldn’t wait for more, well Dominate fulfilled that craving I had for him. Gareth is such a complex character. If you follow Daws at all you would know that she kept pushing back release dates for this duet and once you dive into them it all makes sense as to why. I honestly have to give her mad props because I don’t know how she managed to write his story.

Sloan is complex in her own right. I could easily sit here and spill all of her secrets, but I don’t want to. I think you should read her on your own. I honestly cannot think of a better partner for Gareth than Sloan. Sloan knew when to dominate and when to surrender and it was simply beautiful.

If your reading reviews trying to decide if this is a book for you, you just need to stop now and go one-click. You cannot go wrong with this series. Heck even if you only want to read Gareth and Sloan do it. You will find yourself falling for two characters who never saw a happily ever after in their futures until they gave the other a chance.

And if you’re a die-hard fan, you might be slightly depressed when you hit those two final words at the end. But…there are kids, so maybe just maybe Daws will love us enough to someday revisit the Harris family. If I could I would rate this more than 5 stars, but I cant.
