Review: Spirit Bound
Spirit Bound by Richelle Mead
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Well we are back at St Vlad's and Rose is settling back in knowing Dimitri is still out there, and watching her according to his little evil notes he sends her.
Not really a huge amount happening just yet, Adrian is still there waiting for Rose patiently and she does seem to edge towards him, but it's kinda obvious that he is being used and her thoughts and mind is elsewhere. Which is a shame as Adrian is so lovely a character and doesn't deserve it.
The biggest part and shocker to this one would be Dimitri showing up and everything that happens from there on, it's all quite fast and also quite frustrating for poor Rose, also for poor Adrian the door mat.
Even bigger shock is the dramatic turn of events at the end, which actually threw me and I was back in the 'couldn't get enough' mode of these books. So much better improvement on this book from the last one and dying for the 6th!
